DISCLAIMER
CABINETS: Only the cabinet styles, flooring and countertop options included in the floor plan are available for the $9,995 promotion price. Any different styles or options will require additional payment. Parts cannot be substituted or subtracted from the floor plan and layout. There is no credit on parts that are not used. The kitchen space must be dry-walled completely with studs and fire-blocking in the appropriate places, ready for cabinet installation. The promotion price includes installation of indicated wall cabinets, base cabinets, fillers and trim. All additional cabinets purchased are subject to additional installation charges.

FLOORING: Floor must be prepped for tile installation. It must be level and have the appropriate substrate for installation, i.e. cement board. Tile installation includes setting 13x13 porcelain or ceramic tile in a straight lay with either 1/8” or 3/16” grout spacing. Thresholds and necessary transitions must be purchased separately. Material and installation of wood baseboards are installed up to 25 linear feet at no extra charge. Baseboards are primed and paint-ready.

COUNTERTOPS & PLUMBING: The promotion includes the countertops being measured and installed. The promotion price includes 30” stainless steel under-mount sink, basic eased edge and plumbing reconnect. The promotion price does not provide faucet, disposal or other parts. All necessary parts must be at job-site during time of countertop installation.

BACKSPLASH: Backsplash must have dry wall and be tile-ready.

APPLIANCES: Appliances and appliance installation are not included.

DEMOLITION: Demolition is not included in the promotion price; however, it may be purchased for an additional fee contingent upon the existing space conditions, size, etc.

ELECTRICAL: Electrical work is not included in the promotion price.

DISTANCE: Firuze will only install projects at the promotion price within a 20-mile radius of the store. Additional trip-charges apply to locations up to 40-mile radius.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional services are available and pricing is subject to existing conditions.
Firuze will conduct a pre-installation inspection prior to placing order to ensure that site is suitable and meets all criteria for installation. Firuze will not remove asbestos tile. The price indicated above does not include electrical wiring, additional plumbing, duct-work, gas lines, obtaining permits, painting etc.
